Tollgait collects nothing. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything the app reads stays on your device.
Health data
With your permission, Tollgait reads your step count from Apple Health. It uses that number to work out your screen-time budget, and it does this entirely on your iPhone.
Your step data is never transmitted, never uploaded, never shared, and never sold. We never see it. Tollgait only reads from Health; it never writes anything back.
You can withdraw access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Tollgait.
Screen Time data
Tollgait uses Apple's Screen Time features to gate the apps you pick. Apple provides those selections to the app as opaque tokens: the app can gate an app without being told what it is. Those tokens stay on your device.
What is stored, and where
Your settings, budgets and step totals are stored in Tollgait's own private container on your iPhone, so the app and its extensions can share them. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no copy for us to remove, because there was never a copy.
Subscriptions
Tollgait Premium is billed by Apple. Purchases are handled entirely by the App Store, and we never receive or store your payment details. The app only asks Apple whether a subscription is currently active, and keeps that single yes-or-no answer on your device.
What we don't do
Children
Tollgait is not directed at children under 13, and collects nothing from anyone.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated date above changes with it. Should Tollgait ever begin collecting data, this page would say so plainly before it happened.
